What began as a personal lifestyle blog evolved into long-form video conversations through The Unconventional Podcast. Today, it continues to grow through short, honest interviews captured in everyday spaces, usually 5–10 minutes, while remaining open to deeper, in-studio conversations when a story calls for more time.
Through human narratives, photography, and reflections on real life, T&M invites you to rediscover meaning in the ordinary.

I’m a Latina creative on a personal journey of faith, growth, and rediscovery, with over 14 years of experience working inside global organizations like Procter & Gamble, Experian, BCG, and Catalina Marketing.
My background lives at the operational side of marketing: campaign execution, content systems, and cross-functional workflows. Working in corporate environments taught me how brands actually function behind the scenes, how strategy turns into action, how teams align, and how consistency is built at scale.
Over time, I felt called toward more creative, human-centered work. That transition led to Tropics & Mountains, where I now collaborate with brands and entrepreneurs to turn raw ideas into intentional content.
From shaping campaigns to refining brand voice and building content ecosystems, I help create grounded, honest experiences that connect with real people.
Today, my work centers on thoughtful growth, meaningful storytelling, and helping ideas move from concept to real-world impact, one story at a time.
